JK Rowling has announced new Harry Potter books

There will be four new non-fictional ebooks, two of them releasing this year.

JK Rowling is the author of the famous Harry Potter book series which then later on turned into blockbuster film series with a huge fan following. At first she received serious backlash and negative remarks from many critiques but the books eventually gained popularity.

Rowling says these new installments will

take you back in time once again to learn about the traditional folklore and magic at the heart of the Harry Potter stories.

The four ebooks are titled, Harry Potter: A Journey Through Charms and Defence Against the Dark Arts, Harry Potter: A Journey Through Potions and Herbology, Harry Potter: A Journey Through Divination and Astronomy and Harry Potter: A Journey Through Care of Magical Creatures, which will be published via Pottermore Publishing in the next few months.

A statement on Pottermore website said:

Prepare to delve deeper into the rich history of magic (be it our own Muggle history, or the magical world created by JK Rowling) with this new series of eBook shorts

JK Rowling herself acknowledges the fact that she loves to write. She’s not going to stop doing that anytime soon. The first two ebooks will be released this year on 27th of June. They will be available in four languages initially, English, French, German and Italian and are available for pre-order as well. All of the books have been illustrated by London based artist Rohan Daniel Eason.
