Ten promising young Pakistani sportsmen make the nation proud as they enlist in the Asian Junior Squash Rankings. Here's all you need to know.

In the latest Asian Junior Squash Rankings, the top Pakistani players had their rankings changed a bit from the previous rankings. In the under-15 category, Muhammad Hamza Khan ranked #1 while Huzaifa Ibrahim retained his position at #3.

Other Junior Pakistani players also made it to the rankings. Abdullah Nawaz moved to this category for the first time and marked his spot at #11 while Humam Ahmed soared up to #8 position.

Umair Arif jumped up from his previous ranking now taking the #20 position.

Moreover, in the under-17 category, Waleed Khalil climbed up to #18 and Asadullah Khan dropped down one spot and landed at #25. In the under-19 category, Haris Qasim and Hamza Sharif retained 18th spot.

Although all the players are fantastic, Hamza Khan stands out as a promising young sportsman. Early on, in January he defeated British player, Yusuf Sheikh, bringing home the U-15 title of the British Junior Open Squash Championship. “I am very happy, I defeated all the big players. Next time I would visit here to win U-17 [title],” proud Hamza said in his video message, which was shared with Pakistani media, after winning the championship.

These rankings have been remarkable news for the country as these young sportsmen make a name for themselves on the Asian sports stage.
