Cucumber Lime Slush
- 1 medium sized cucumber, peeled or unpeeled (See notes)
- Juice of 4 lemons
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar (You can also use agave/honey)
- 3 cups cold water
- Ice, to serve
Blend all the ingredients together and pour in chilled glasses,and its ready!

Falsa Slush
- 1 kg Falsa berries
- 8 cups water
- 1+1/2 cup sugar/jaggery
- 1 tablespoon rose water
Thoroughly wash the Falsa berries under running water.Soak Falsa berries in 4 cups of water over night or several hours.Mash them up by hand or blend them in an electric blender with the soaking water.Pour throw a fine sieve or muslin cloth to get rid of the grainy bits of Falsa pits.Boil 4 cups of water with sugar till the sugar is dissolved and water slightly reduced.Cool the water, add it to Falsa juice.Stir in a spoonful of rose water.

Grape Slush

- 3 Cups Frozen Grapes, either red or green grapes
- 1 1/2-2 Cups Coconut Water
Add grapes and coconut water to a blender and pulse until smooth.Pour into glasses or dessert cups and serve.

Cherry Slush
- 1 (12-ounce) package frozen pitted dark sweet cherries
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cranberry juice, chilled
- 3/4 cup apple juice, chilled
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 15 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the consistency is slushy,pour into glasses and then serve.
