The iconic actress Madhubala’s younger sister Madhur Brij has stated that she wants Kareena Kapoor to play the role of late actress. She claimed that all the Indian actresses are beautiful, but her first choice would be Kareena if the Madhubala biopic is ever made.
She further claimed that Kareena has the same amount of naughtiness that the late actress had, and this is why she would be a perfect fit.
“There was a time when I wanted Madhuri Dixit to play the role of Madhubala in her biopic but now it has to be Kareena Kapoor Khan as she has the same naughtiness that Madhubala used to have and she is a beautiful actress too.
“Madhubala was very simple at home. She was elder but never bossy and she used to encourage all of us to come in films.”
While we don’t know if any of such biopic is in works or not, but Madhur has given a solid reason to make one. Not only has she given the nod to make a life on her slain sister’s story, but has also pointed to the actress she would love to see.
It wouldn’t be wrong to guess that there might be a biopic in consideration as Madhubala’s wax figure was recently unveiled by Madame Tussauds in New Delhi.
