The young and very talented singer Rafay Israr, Excellence Award Winner 2018 in the category of ‘Rising Talent of the year’ released his new mesmerizing song video ‘Man ki Lagan’, here last night.
A powerful Sufi track in Raafay Israr’s soulful voice, ‘Man Ki Lagan’ speaks about the darkness in the life of an actress. The beautifully composed song by Raafay Israr has captivating music by veteran guitar player Kashan Admani of Coke Studio and Mizmaar band fame. The female lead is the talented Hafsa Butt, and the song is directed by Firaas Khan, while DOP is Hassam Baloch.
Speaking about the song’s theme, Israr says, “The video is all about the constant search for peace in our lives. It depicts the struggle of a girl who is stuck between her dreams and the sad reality.”
With Israr’s other songs Beliya and Sajni both hit numbers, and the new release already garnering much interest on the net, one is expecting that the alluring track Man ki Lagan will be trending all over the internet in no time.
Israr’s next releases will consist of collaborations with different artistes as well as solo tracks. The prolific singer is all set to release five music videos by the end of 2018.
