Satire Series Based on the British Royals in Making
An animated satire series based on the British royals by the writer and executive producer of Family Guy, Gary Janetti, is in the making.
HBO Max has ordered a series based on the British Royals, which will be written and produced by Gary Janetti. You might know him for his very popular series called Family Guy. A teaser of the show is seen by his Instagram followers as he’s been posting a lot about the royals. ‘The prince‘ will be made from the perspective of the firstborn of Prince William, Prince George.
It’ll be a satire based on the British royals and will be in the form of a cartoon. Janetti will do the voiceover of George, Orlando Bloom as Prince Harry, Condola Rashad at Meghan Markle, Lucy Punch as Kate Middleton, Tom Hollander as both Prince Philip and Prince Charles, Alan Cumming as George’s butler Owen, Frances De La Tour as Queen Elizabeth, and Iwan Rheon as Prince William.
Janetti is very excited to be working on this project, considering his witty humor and clever comebacks. He said:
“I’m thrilled to be working at HBO Max and bringing them yet another series about a family ruthlessly fighting for the throne,”
He’s been commenting about Megxit too. Ever since Harry and Meghan announced to step down from their royal status, he has been updating his Instagram and making comments from the perspective of Prince George. He has over 800k followers on his Instagram at the moment and a fair amount of people seem to be amused by his content.

We’re waiting to see how this will turn out to be. By seeing Family Guy, we already have an idea of Gary’s humor and his Instagram posts have just cracked us up even more. Seeing young Prince George spill the royal tea will be quite interesting.
