After announcing that the Islamabad zoo is set to go under an upgrade, the PM's aide has disclosed that it is becoming a wildlife conservation center.

Ever since the closure of Islamabad zoo, and the movement of its animals to wildlife sanctuaries- the government has announced to upgrade the vicinity.

Pakistan has constantly been home to injustice against wild animals. The Sindh Government has now introduced new laws to preserve wildlife in Pakistan.

After the creation of Kirthar National Park 46 years ago, the Sindh Govt has finally decided to build a second national park- Takkar National Park. 

Kaavan, the lone elephant in the zoo gifted by Sri Lanka in 1985, is to be relocated to a sanctuary in Pakistan or abroad, stated the IHC's verdict.
