Teeli Releases Web Series Called Superheroes
Teeli is releasing a web series in association with Shan. It's called Superheroes and shares the stories of four young and talented women.
This isn’t the first time Teeli has come up with a web series. They released one last year and this year, there’s going to be one more. In Pakistan, we don’t really have such production houses that work on producing web series like India. Indians are way ahead of their game but I can’t really compare them with us as it won’t be a fair comparison. However, the trailer looks promising.
I believe the plot is created to match the latest campaign of Shan called #MoreThanJustACook. The campaign is all about women’s empowerment and making people realize that women are more than just a cook. We see many independent women achieving their goals & dreams daily. Many of them have a successful career and a well-managed home too. It’s high time that we acknowledge the fact that women are not born to just cook food and feed people in the house.

They show stories of four different women named Laila, Zeenat, Amber and Natasha. Laila explores the world of blogging after being in a 10-year long marriage, Zeenat wants to pursue her writing skills but also loves cooking, Amber belongs to a posh family and wants to start her career but is torn between work and kids and Natasha is an aspiring actress who is ready to break the norms. Together they make the cast of Superheroes, who are ready to face all challenges.
I’ve seen Teeli’s content and I guarantee you all that this one will be just as amazing as all of their videos or maybe more. I’m excited to watch this one and share my thoughts on the series. Watch the trailer of this series:
