  1. Remove Makeup Before Sleeping

This is a mistake that many women often make. They don’t take their makeup off after wearing it for hours. You always need to remove makeup before going to bed, consider this as a golden rule of makeup. If you don’t want to get wrinkles and clogged pores then let your skin breathe at skin, that the time when our skin is repairing and getting rid of dead skin cells. Deeply cleanse your skin or just keep a pack of makeup removing wipes near your bedside table for easy access on days when you’re feeling lazy.

If you have a harsh scrub that’s fine as well because that gets the job done, but you won’t need to use it on a regular basis as it can be used twice a week.

So, if you’ve been gorging pakoras in iftaar and getting pimples then maybe you need to slow down a bit and cut out fried items in iftaar. If you’re okay with your eating habits then by all means continue to do so but adding fresh fruits, vegetables and other healthy foods to your diet definitely does make a difference. Even if you’re applying makeup before going out, you still need protection so apply a layer of sunblock before makeup. You need to keep reapplying sunblock after every 3 hours.
